Peta Amos has been employed as a part time nurse/receptionist since 1995. She successfully completed her Certificate in Veterinary Nursing in 1999 and also has a Certificate IV in Behavioural Training through the Delta Society. She has a strong intererst in dog behaviour but her career path has changed recently with the purchase of a grooming business called "Clipper Art". She continues to work on Fridays at the Valley Veterinary Hospital as a receptionist and is available every Thursday and every second Wednesday at the hospital for dog and cat grooming.
Peta is married with three daughters, Eloise, Brogan and Lara and a five year-old granddaughter Annabelle. Included among her pets are two dogs, Arrow and Cheyenne and several much loved cats. A new addition to her animal family is Dylan - a most gorgeous Border Collie puppy. She enjoys spending her leisure time gardening and listening to music on her wide verandah overlooking her 40 acre property at Wherrol Flat.
